A 30-day limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and a 7-day return policy for unused kits in their original packaging. The operational goal is to limit warranty and return cases to no more than 1–3 units during the entire practicum period through strict quality control, careful packaging, and thorough product inspection before dispatch.
